in the morning they are holding a funeral for Dakota and soon texas for the first time lights a cigarette and smokes. roxxie comes to her side and tells her i know who killed Dakota and it was frank sillwell.

we cut to a hotel were Texas is staring at her pistol. Texa staton was profoundly affected by the murder of Dakota. she felt she should have been protecting her younger sister and at that point Texas staton was seeking revenge in any way she could get it.

she soon plans to send april back to the city and give her back her badge because of her injuries with the girls helping her. Texas says to April Briggs" i'm gonna get the guys that have done this to us. but I can't protect you at the same time So i'm have to get you to safety she soon gives her a gun to protection and sends her to california where she'll be safe.

Texas plan was escort them to tucson where they catch the train to san francisco. \

they arrive at the train station where they put april in a seated postition where roxxie and texas have a moment together. because of the events they stopped being enemies and become tempary friends again which will soon turn into a relationship. unknown to them ike and stilwell were planning to ambush them But texas spots them and tells everyone to get down. Ike gets spooked and leaves with still well trying to get away.

Texas tells the girls their here and roxxie gives her a shotgun while Georgia, annabelle, jesse and jane and jacks look around. ike is hiding but Texas spots frank and chases him down he shoots at her until he trips. he says whoa you got me but Texas still approches him and he begins to plead and says: Texas but she keeps moving to him and he tries to tell her and says please. but Texas ain't having it and soon shots him in the chest with her shotgun.

with a balst of her shotgun Texas staton had taken out frank stilwell on her sisters killers. that incident at the tucson train station is... is the real point of change in Texas Staton it's the moment where the lawwoman sheriff becomes the killer. Texas gave him both barrels. cold- blooded murder. No question about it. But Texas wasn't done. she went looking for ike but couldn't find him.

back at gold springs the girls are regrouping until she gets a telegram and it was from the warden ramshackle of the county jail and mayor vivian it was an arrest warrent for Texas staton and her postition as sheriff revolked as a result as well and given to Behan. for commiting a murder

no one actually witnessed ike and frank trying to kill Texas and the others but there were plenty of witnesses who'd seen Texas and the girls guns drawn hunting someone down at tucson station and people heard the gunshots and then they found the bullet riddled body of frank stilwell

with a warrant now out for Texas's arrest and her postition as sheriff gone for good and revolked by vivian Ike decided to give local reporters even more ammunition IKE: i bumped into frank in the morning. he starts giving an interview in which he claims he just happened to be in Tucson Ike: He told me he was terrified. and that stilwell was scared because Texas was after him. Ike: later I was returning from an evening stroll and i heard shots and frank was dead. once again Ike Clanton is changing the story presenting himself as this innocent victim who just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time and, uh, The staton's are out to get him Ike: As far as i'm concerned, nobody's safe and mayor vivian comes down and tells them I always knew that Texas was no good and now she's commited this murder that's why as of now she's no longer sheriff and the new one sheriff is Behan and with a warrent for her arrest by the warden she will be captured.

for the second time in less than five months, Texas staton was being accused of murder and with her postition as sheriff gone all her work of keeping gold springs safe will fall apart as crime will skyrocket and corruption growing . but this time Texas wasn't going to let herself be arrested. she packs up with her vest and gun and she sets out with the girls on horses roxxie on butterscotch, jacks on caramel even lucy and valentine join them when the cowboys begin to grow in numbers and will hunt down supports to their group. Texas was going on the run so she can get her revenge on Ike clanton and mayor vivian.

Texas staton desperately wanted revenge for the murder of her entire family, and the attempted murder of april. she recognized that it was gonna be very difficult to obtain justice in the arizona gold springs courts and she decided that she was gonna take the law in her own hands with the girls help when she told them they can have her families money if they help. they arrive at a ranch where they get info on ike and it was florentino cruz and her old enemy Zirona the snake

they arrive and cruz says ike's not here. while zirona sees texas plans to hypnotize her with her tail. but she is approched by roxxie and Georgia by her side and Texas punches cruz in the face with Georgia punching Zirona in the face and Roxxie braking ZIrona's tail and rattler making it useless she is shocked by the punch because she thought roxxie along with jesse and jane was coming to help but to them by Texas's side is shocking because she once helped jesse and jane fight texas but lost but she soon figured ut that Texas must of payed them with so much money they were helping her the two were lookouts in Dakota assasionation soon they interrgate them and they give in and soon are drawn out side for a duel against roxxie and texas

moments pass until texas Says draw. zirona and cruz go for their guns but texas and roxxie are faster and the two shoot zirona and cruz in the head killing them. they holster their weapons ans leave

by the time Texas Staton and roxxie roo killed zirona and Florentino cruz they had decided just as the cowboys had that law can no longer provide justice they appointed themselves as justice and she and killed a woman and man when they did not have to do it.

soon the newspapers gets of the killings and make heads lines and called it the vendetta ride. and the bankers of wellsfargo has messengers deliver cash to them a thousand dollars here a thousand dollars there they have a tremendous self intrest in seeing people like Texas staton and the girls take on the cowboys and defeat them. they set record straight that the staton sister's and the girls were not stage robbers and cattle theives dispist roxxie and the girls helping her in the gunfight in gold springs and their crimes pardoned a little as their enemies had declared

meanwhile Ike was done with running he'd come up with a plan to turn the tables on Texas and the girls the hunters will become the hunted. you see Ike had a big competitve advantage against Texas and the girls he had the law on his side and mayor vivian by his side. he soon gives Behan half of his cowboys and becomes his posse and even deputies curry bill and goes forth to find jacks gang and bribes with so much money to them to join his side and kill off their own boss they agree. even warden ramshackle joins the group with a few of her guards to apprened texas or kill her for this murder spree.

we cut to cottonwood, springs, Arizona March 24 1882. where the girls are resting and some them behind bushes to relieve themselves with farts and pee being heard. while texas is investigating a lit fire unaware they walk right into the trap. soon they all hear fire from Behan and guns are fired. the next ten seconds will seal Texas's fate and become a turning point in history of the west. the girls grab their guns and Texas shoots down currly bill and roxxie and the others shoots the others roxxie gets a shot at warden ramshackle and shoots her down dead. the others flee with Texas shooting wildly at the others the fight is over but after the gunfight the causalties were butterscotch and caramel who were both shoot by the cowboys making roxxie and jacks sad.

but soon the fight will be much bloodier and Texas and the girls nor ike was going to stop until the others were dead
