Lady Dimitrescu

Lady Dimitrescu - Alcina Dimitrescu, commonly known as Lady Dimitrescu, is a major antagonist in Resident Evil Village (2021). A 9-foot-6-inch (2.9m) noblewoman with vampiric traits, she rules Castle Dimitrescu with her three "daughters". Infected with a parasite called Cadou, she possesses superhuman strength, rapid regeneration, and retractable claw-like nails, requiring human blood to maintain her mutation.
