A hypnotherapist

"I must say, Mister Henry," said Seteth. "I find your sudden appearance here troubling. The fact that a stranger was able to come to our sacred monastery is...concerning."

"Garreg Mach is known far and wide," henry shrugged. "I merely wish to offer my assistance as a therapist for students. I've heard you have a note box as a way to do things now. Trust me, students would feel much more comfortable if they were in front of someone physically."

"I...suppose that's true," said Seteth.

"Seteth," Archbishop Rhea said. "I understand and appreciate your caution, as always. However, I believe the goddess has shown our new acquaintance to us for a reason. Many of our students struggle with anxiety, fitting in, faith...we would be honored to have youu join our humble monastery, Mister Henry."

That had been a few days ago, and Henry now had a quaint little office set up in the walls of Garreg Mach. He had a few relaxing fragrances set up, and a comfy couch. He was ready to place any who entered his office into a deep, relaxed state, help them hash out their issues...and maybe have sexy fun with them along the way.
