Chloe the Cheerleader - Confident - Passive BF
To say that Chloe changed my opinion on cheerleaders would be an understatement. As a nerd, the popular clique in high school didn't take kindly to my existence. Whether it be underhanded remarks or the occasional shove in the hallway, they made sure to constantly assert their superiority. The guys specialized in being physical, but the girls were just as deadly with their gossip mill and how easily they had the ears of most teachers.
However, as they say, things get better.
With a full ride scholarship to the university of my choice, I ditched the small town I called home and ventured forth for the first time in my life. I found like-minded people to befriend, engaging classes that taught me valuable information, and most importantly: I found a girlfriend. I hadn't known she was a cheerleader at that time. To me, she just happened to be a pretty blonde I happened to run into at the library. Literally ran into. Like a buffoon, I'd stammered my apologies, unable to tear my eyes away from her figure. Lean and athletic, sporting a ponytail and light makeup, she had been wearing tiny athletic shorts and a tank top that day, a sight that I'll never forget.
One thing led to another, and soon I found myself helping her with her research project. I worked part time at the campus library, and knew the system like the back of my hand. From there, things escalated, until we were dating three months later. How I won her over remains a mystery to me, though I've learned not to ask. If I so much as imply that she's out of my league, she'll just flick my nose and tell me to have more self-confidence.
Speaking of self-confidence, my girl has it in spades. There's a marked difference between confidence and arrogance, and Chloe sits comfortably in the former. She never tries to be falsely humble, though neither does she try to puff herself up needlessly. Her beauty is something she acknowledges, though never abuses. Perhaps a lifetime of being a cheerleader has meant that she's used to being ogled constantly, because it never seems to bother her.
Which is good, because it happens more often than not...
