Eat in Silence

At this point, you are happy and content to just take the peace and quiet. Even if it does mean you see her sneaking a peak at your hard on every once in a while. Better than talking about it at least.

You enjoy your food, and note down that most of the places in the main Food Court do look interesting at some point to try out during your time at Cielisium. Some of course are healthier food options than others, some you may not want to go to so much during sports seasons. Still though, the options are plentiful.

You finish a little bit faster than Emily, unsurprisingly. She got a bigger burger than you did, so you take in the scenery around you a little bit. The place is beautiful. You hadn’t had the chance to appreciate it much with your focus being on the girl in front of you since earlier this morning, but there’s a lot to explore here.

You take out a map and look at some of the possible places to explore. If you include places you’ll end up going to later like Classrooms or places that are probably off limits to most students like the Shipping Port/Dock, there’s around 50 places to possibly go to. It’s a little bit overwhelming for your first day, but, you know that the places you need to be aware of will become familiar over time, while others are places you may only go to 5 times during your entire time at Cielisium.

You put the map down and notice Emily’s facial expression. She has a look on her face like she just did something to you behind your back.

“Emily what’d you do?” You ask her trying to look serious. You see her take another one of your fries, and you assume that’s probably what she did the first time. You chuckle. “You can have the rest if you want.” She beams excitedly and quickly steals, well takes, the bag, happily eating more of the fries.

You then go back to deciding what to do next, before Emily chimes in “Don’t forget we have to be at Orientation at 6:30. We still have a couple hours but the Theater is a little bit of a ways away from here it looks like.” It’s about 3:30 by this point, so you still have about 3 hours, but that also isn’t going to include going through the lines and everyone else coming in at the same time, so it’s best to be there by 6 to minimize the effect of the crowd on any delays, giving you about 2 and a half hours. Even that doesn’t include the walk over there, as you mark another half hour down for the walk meaning you have about 2 hours before you have to actually leave to go there.

“I would invite you to my room, but I don’t think you’re ready for that yet.” She tries to tease you, smirking, but this time you quip back a little bit.

“Your room probably isn’t even ready for someone else to see it yet. You probably still need to decorate it. Right now it probably looks too boring to show off anyways.” You smirk back. She shrugs, not admitting that you’re right of course, but not sniping back either, which after how today has gone is a win, you think.

“One of these days you’re going to have to see me in a bikini and it’s going to be all over for you and you won’t be able to do anything about it.” She smirks, testing you again to see how you react now, but having some food seems to have stabilized you a little bit, and you respond a bit more calmly this time.

“Well, maybe, but we’ll deal with that when we get there. That’s not today, we don’t have enough time to go swimming or anything I don’t think. At the very least it’s not worth it. And that’s if the pool is even open.” You respond. She has a little bit of a disappointed look on her face as if she was hoping that would embarrass you a little bit and get you red again.

“Fine… what about the school store then? Might be nice to pick up some school merch before we get to Orientation maybe?” She looks at you curious to see if you have any thoughts. Seems like a nice, neutral place to go. You quickly agree and the two of you begin walking towards the direction of the school store.
