Malamar took Mable's words into account. He'd have to 'thank' Canari later for suggesting getting someone so smart.

For now, though, Malamar knew he couldn't risk going out to get Trainers during the daytime. Which meant he'd have to stay here in his lair. Not that that was a bad thing, necessarily.

For now, he was content to spend time with his girls. In particular, his Mommy Delia or maybe 'train' with Misty the Seel or Eri the Primeape. He could even simply have Canari and Mable do stuff for him.
