"Oh no," Jean said.

"You guys are always so negative!" Spiral said. "What if this was something good?"

"It's a punishment case," Emma said.

"Still. Be optimistic!" Spiral said. "Now let's explain. This is an intelligence case. It'll change your intelligence."

"Oh so it is as bad as we thought," Jean said.

"Shhh! Now let's show those options!" Spiral said.

1. Dry spell, dry well. Well of knowledge that is. The longer Emma goes without sex, the dumber she'll become. How quickly does this start?! Well if she goes 24 hours without it her IQ will be cut in half. Another 24 hours and it'll be a fourth. Sex won't automatically restart the countdown but instead it'll stop the drain so to speak, plus she'll regain IQ points depending on how intense the sex act is. Got fingered recently? She’ll regain a single-digit number of points. Got face fucked within an inch of your life while someone sodomized your back end? She'll be up to her limit in no time. Masturbation doesn't count by the way.

2. Cum your brains out. This one is the exact opposite. The more recently Emma has had sex the dumber she will be. This means she'll be a little more than a vegetable when sex is happening, but immediately once someone removes themselves she'll start regaining IQ. Note, she doesn't need to actually be experiencing pleasure, she just needs to be having sex for it to count.

3. Hotspot. Emma will broadcast intelligence to other people at the cost of her own. Just passively, someone interacting with her will get 20 IQ points smarter while she gets 10 IQ points dumber. That's a good deal! More people interacting with her will increase this dip. They have to be actually engaged with her, just being next to her doesn't trigger it. Additionally, if someone is pushing their brain power, they'll drain more intelligence. Anything that is intellectually stimulating will do. This side effect will trigger even if they're not interacting with Emma. Someone on their phone in the train? No reduction. Someone really struggling at a Sudoku on that same train? Emma will get dumber as they get smarter. The more they work their brain out the more they will drain, so you could have a super genius and all it will cost is Emma not being able to speak.

4. Impression is everything. Emma will be as smart as people think she is. Literally. Her max will be her normal intelligence, but if someone around her or interacting with her thinks she's dumber, she will be. This will be exaggerated. If someone thinks she's slightly dumber than normal, she'll be way dumber than normal. If someone thinks she's a complete bimbo, she'll be even worse. Yes this might have cascading effects if people's impression of her keeps dropping.

"Emma, you know the deal by now," Spiral said. "We're gonna ask which one do you want."

"I would rather get something else entirely," Emma said.

"Well you're really struggling to avoid negations," Spiral said. "Nothing is sadly not an option."

"Fine. Give me dry well. I'm already going to have a lot of sex because of free use." Emma said.

"Thank you. That wasn't so hard," Spiral said. "Now, let's get voting!"

Author's Note: I'll be honest I'm not a huge fan of the brain drain fetish. Maybe that shows. I like the humiliation aspect of bimbofication and that's kind of hard if someone is too giddy or stupid to know what's going on.
