The singer just paid $4.9 Million for Tom Petty's 11,000+ square foot...six bedroom/ten bathroom, renovated estate which includes a recording studio, gym, pool, and a 'she-shed'! A few weeks after moving in Selena is clearing some nearby shrubbery to expand the pool area....she wants to install a sauna/steam room/spa area finding a Moroccan Oil Lamp!
