What should I do next?
Go jogging
Instead of staying inside, I went for a jog in the evening. My legs were tired at first, but once I found a rhythm, it felt freeing. Running clears my head in a way nothing else does. The movement feels honest — just breath, steps, and the steady beat of my heart. It reminds me that my life isn’t only repetition. There’s still motion that belongs entirely to me.
