Rent and paperwork.

Cami, Misty, and Jessica move over toward the couch in the living room. You quickly prepare drinks for all four of you. You don't have much, and you would rather them not get drunk off the beer in your fridge, at least while you were talking with them. “Well, you remember talking to me about the issues with our last place,” indeed, their last place had constant parties every night, while Cami and Misty loved going to parties, they had constantly complained about it. You nod, “Can't argue with that,” you get up and move toward the kitchen where you have three sheets of paper hanging on a magnetic clip on the fridge. Taking those and grabbing three spare pens, you head back into the living room and hand each girl one sheet. Your sister's eyes bulge for a moment at the price.

“$300 for each of us?”

“My bad sis, that price was the minimum I figured for all bills paid, washer and dryer, high speed internet, and an in home repairman for anyone else, but since you are family and friends, I can charge all three of you for $700.”

Your sister and her two friends look at each other for a moment. Turning back around, Cami smiles, “That's reasonable.”

“Yeah, wouldn't want to make a dent into your strip club funds,” Jessica jokes, a grin appearing on her face.

“With us here, he wouldn't need to go to a strip club anymore.”

“True,” Cami turns to Misty, “especially since you walk around the house half-naked all the time.”

“Hey, I enjoy it,” Misty pulls out a sultry tone as she turns to you, “and I hope others enjoy it too.”

You clear your throat before speaking again, “Alright ladies, all I need for you to do is initials the small spaces and sign and fill out info on the bottom,” the girls take a moment to do so, and hand you back the papers, “Now that that's settled, when would you three like to move in?”

“How about tomorrow?” Jessica says after a little deliberating between the girls, “None of us have classes over the next two days, and we'd like to get out of there as soon as possible.”

You smile, “Fine by me. Let me give you the tour of the place, and you three can let me know if we need to rent a van to carry the big things.”

The move goes on without a hitch. The girls didn't have as much as you feared and some of the nicer men living their helped out with some of the bigger stuff. You figured it was a way to help them get into your sister and her friend's pants due to the flirting, but you don't raise any objections in order for the move to stay smooth.

The next day was a bit more difficult. Due to all of the exhausting work of moving everything, the girls had left many of the boxes out in the hallways, and now they were getting you to help each of them. All three of them wore as little as possible in order to be as cool as possible and the constant brushing of bodies and teasing (some intentional, some not) made it much more difficult, especially since you didn't have time to go and take care of yourself.

At the end of the day, you walk into your room, exhausted again. Despite this, you reserve a little energy to devote to a nice bit of masturbation before bed.
