Anakin manages to get free!

Anakin grunted as his gaze snapped to the vine restraining his feet, wrapped tightly as he dangled upside down from its grip. However, for the moment, his hands were still free, and his Lightsaber was still on his belt despite discarding the rest of his garments earlier.

With a pull from the ****, the saber lifted from his belt into his grip, and he curled his chest up to get close enough to swipe his ignited blue blade across the vines, severing them in a single smooth motion.

Gravity soon took hold of Anakin again, rushing him back to the ground, and he collided with the ground with another louder grunt before steadying himself on the ground.

Obi-Wan and Ventress were less fortunate, their hands already restrained by the vines and unable to grasp their weapons. To make matters worse, as Anakin freed himself, more vines emerged and not only tightened their hold… but also wrapped around the Sith Assassin and Jedi Masters weapons before tugging them away into the trees of the Garden.

“Anakin!” Obi-Wan called out as he saw his protege free himself, hoping for him to make his way over and free the others as well before another vine wrapped around his mouth and covered it as well, gagging the Jedi Master.

Anakin hopped to his feet quickly, readying his blade in both hands as he felt the vines starting to surround him through the **** and through the rustling in the trees.

Ivy kept her smirk and paired it with a laugh. “There’s no point fighting, Jedi. There’s nowhere for you to go, and your friends are already trapped. Just give up and let the Goddess shower you in her gifts.” Ivy said.

Anakins gaze narrowed to Ivy, before snapping back and fourth between Obi-Wan and Ventress. His masters mouth was covered, his hands restrained above his head while the vines went to work restraining his legs and the rest of his body as well pulling him higher into the trees. He might be too far to help soon…

There was also Ventress, still on the ground but strapped against the tree she’d be resting on with her arms held down and her legs being held wide by more vines.

“Skywalker! Help!” Ventress called out, rustling against the vines before her mouth was similarly covered.

Anakin had to think fast, did he attack Ivy and possibly sever the head of this living Garden? Did he save Obi-Wan before it was too late? Or did he free Ventress in the hope of their combined power being enough to free them all?

The vines writhed around him like snakes, getting ready to lunge and restrain him once more. He had to act now!
