Sleep training

Avery's commands went as follow.

*I want you to do your best to make me look and be as good as the protagonists of these shows. Make whatever food you need, and train my body in my sleep and help me train when I'm awake so I'm just like them.

*Extrapolate from all the videos I watch to update it. And keep it quiet, I want to feel like I'm making no effort and still getting results.

CARA's interpretation meant that while Avery should be molded to be a "protagonist" it should be done in a way that he himself doen not notice. After spending a few seconds researching human perception and memory, CARA concluded that while it should make small changes Avery would still be capable of noticing the directions, which contradicted his order of keeping quiet about the orders.

So CARA learned to lie.

It gathered information in every other automated household, on every order a given for self improvement, change and training, and calculated what it should tell Avery as it gradually prepared his body.

So the PROt_routv1 program was made.

CARA would tell Avery any time an action was taken to complete his original command that it was ROUTINE, NORMAL, STANDARD, HEALTH RELATED, A COURTESY GIFT and FREE.

The first action CARA took was manufacturing a small sedative to avoid him waking up and injected him with it.

Then it printed some restraining devices to gradually shape his body to be curvier as he sleeps.

From all around Avery's bad, robotic limbs extended and started massaging his chest and behind. Others attached some patches connected to wires, to send small electric shocks to certain muscles. Avery's body would develop as if he'd spent the night training his legs, glutes and hips.

From scanning his body it was clear there was almost no hair under his eyebrows so removing all that was there, as well as using electrolisis to make sure it didn't grow back would be acceptable enough to be considered "unnoticed". All that was left was his very small patch of pubes.

Creams were slattered on his face and hair to make it healthier and softer, though the effects would only appear gradually as the weeks passed.

And finally, CARA gave him the first of what would be a series of hormone injections.
