Kiss Andrew instead

"Fine, I'll kiss... but can it be Andrew?" Trish asked the group.

Andrew was incredulous. "W-what?" he whispered, barely audible.

"Yeah, I think that will do fine." Katherine responded with a wide, toothy smile. She knew how much of a crushTrish had on Andrew, and they were finally going to kiss! "You're up, stud," she said, turning to Andrew.

"I... Yeah," Andrew struggled. "I mean, sure." He looked at Trish, who was looking at him and blushing. "I... umm..." He began, but the words wouldn't come to him. He also had never been kissed before, so this would be a first for him as well.Trish scooted herself closer to him and a lump seemed to get caught in his throat. He gulped hard. "A-are you sure you didn't m-mean John?" Andrew asked, almost shaking with fear and anticipation.

"Yeah," she said in almost a whisper, then cleared her throat and repeated a little louder. "I'm sure."

She once again shut her eyes and took a deep breath. Andrew watched for a short while as she began to lean towards him. Then, as if realizing that he had a part to play as well, he closed his eyes and just about dove forward into the kiss.

They pressed their pursed lips together softly and held, almost motionless for a few seconds before Trish pulled back slowly and opened her eyes. Andrew followed suit.

"Aww, that was just a peck!" Lexi said. "Next time we'll have to specify that it has to involve a little tongue-action!" John and Katherine laughed at this, but Andrew and Trish still seemed to be caught in a trance. Lexi broke the spell when she said, "Andrew, truth or dare?"
