Do some Exercise

After sorting out the dining room, your mind is a whirr. No way you can concentrate on anything on TV or the internet. You need to burn some energy. Exercise feels like a good idea.

You change into some shorts and a light t-shirt. You look outside. Hmmm, not the greatest weather. Going for a run doesn’t really appeal. No, instead you can do some exercise inside.

You pull out You Tube on the TV, search for exercise for beginners, and find a video promising 20 minutes of exercise for a beginner with no equipment. You choose an option with a guy showing you the ropes. Choosing a female presenter might cause problems. You watch a few minutes to check it appears reasonable, then wind back to the beginning and start the exercises.

Warm up, step jacks, squats, glute bridges, crunches, then a wind down. You have to pause several times to recover your breath. Your body has grown more toned since your transformation, but the muscles appear unaffected. By the end of 20 minutes, your body aches in places you didn’t know could ache. As the video comes to an end, you lie on the ground recovering.

The way you feel now, it must have been good for you.
