Learning Proper Service

It was a few minutes later that Invisigirl rouse from the bed and cautiously stepped towards the door. She reached for the handle before she stopped, a feeling of uncertainty washing over her as she felt like she had forgotten something. She glanced down at her sock engulfed feet and realized she’d never been given shoes.

“Can’t exactly go around bare foot, can I?” Visi commented, then she heard a click click clocking sound to her side. Glancing down she saw a pair of black working heels hopping forward to mimic steps towards her.

“Guess I shouldn’t be surprised at this point. Come on.” Visi sighed as she lifted her foot up at the pair of shoes. The corresponding shoe hopped up, rotated, and quickly grabbed onto her foot and tightened itself into place. Visi brought her foot down and stood on it for a moment while the other heel similarly grappled her other foot. Now, she stood with both of her new shoes pressed against the ground. They even seemed to make her slightly taller.

“What am I doing?…” Visi shook her head as she stepped out the door.

She didn’t have to go far, Glynda and Maxima were both right outside waiting.

“Very good, you’re up. And you remembered to put on your shoes.” Glynda stated, her hands held behind her back while Maxima stood straight with her hands folded together in front of her.

“What, was that some kind of test?” Invisigal replied, waltzing up to the two with her feet clicking all the way. Even if she didn’t have the command word or the evil uniform on her these heels would make it impossible to get away…

“Of sorts. You’ll make an excellent Maid for the Temple yet. However, you still have much to learn. Follow.” Glynda commanded, turning and beginning to walk down the hall. Maxima turned and walked with her, leaving Invisigal to catch up to the two.

The three walked for a time, passing by multiple doors and paintings on the walls before arriving at a single door that Glynda positioned herself in front of. Maxima stood to one side of Glynda, and so Visi filled in on the other.

Glynda raised her hand and knocked on the door, before waiting once more. In a few moments, the door begun to pull back, and in the doorway now stood a tall lightly tanned skinned woman with dark brown hair… and most perplexingly to Invisigal, pointed ears.

“Ah, Glynda dear, how nice to see you.” The woman said, and Glynda nodded.

“And you, Vex’ahlia. I believe you requested a cleaning for your room?” Glynda inquired, and the woman apparently named Vex’ahlia nodded back.

“I certainly did, things got a little messy last night with some of the new guests. Speaking of which…” Vex’ahlia glanced over at Visi and tapped her finger to her lips.

“Who is this? New girl?” Vex’ahlia asked.

“New Maid in training, I’m letting her practice her service with you.” Glynda explained.

“Against my will.” Visi spat out, causing Glynda to sigh but Vex’ahlia to giggle.

“Oh don’t worry darling, you’ll learn to embrace the Goddess’s light soon enough… Mmmm…” Vex’ahlia replied, her gaze at first meeting Visi’s but slowly trailing down the heroines body to inspect the rest of her and her uniform as well. Visi couldn’t help but blush.

“Perhaps I can help you with that as well.” Vex’ahlia cooed.

“Uh, I’m flattered… Vex’ahlia was it?” Invisigal replied.

“Please, call me Vex.” The pointed eared woman insisted, leaning against the door as she eyes Visi.

“Uh, Vex then, I don’t need any help embracing the fffuu-… Mmmngh… The Goddess’s light…” Visi tried to say but her words turned to nothing in her mouth before she corrected them to speak properly.

“Oh I’m sure, but come now, Glynda has been glaring long enough. Come on in and help me clean up.” Vex said, standing aside to allow entry into the room.

Visi relunctsntly stepped inside, or rather the uniform seemed to step inside for her. When she got in, her gaze scanned the room and confirmed there was indeed quite the mess.

The bed and sheets were thrown apart in multiple directions, pillows scattered and blankets in loose piles. They weren’t alone however, bits of clothing were scattered about as well, some of it looking to be Vex’s but others looking more modern like hoodies and jeans…

“It looks like a bomb went off in here.” Visi stated.

“Well, something definitely exploded.” Vex replied with a slight giggle.

“Regardless, you will leave this room spotless before Maxima and I return.” Glynda stated to Visi.

“Huh? You mean I’m cleaning this by myself?!” Visi demanded, anger flaring in her voice.

“Indeed. Is that going to be problem, Courtney?” Glynda asked with a piercing gaze. Visi wanted to pounce on her and tear her hair out for making her do this… but she didn’t. She just groaned and responded:

“No, Mistress Glynda…”

“Very good. I’ll return in an hour, that should be plenty of time.” Glynda said, looking to Vex and nodding once more.

“Urgh, this is Bull- Nnnmmmgh… This is gonna be hard…” Visi groaned.

“Nonsense, you’ll be fine Courtney. Just try to stay on task!” Maxima replied bubbly.

“Let’s go Maxima.” Glynda commanded, and the two maids bowed before heading out of the room.

Visi watched them leave, closing the door behind them, leaving her inside. But not alone.

“You’d best get started darling.” Vex said with a smirk.
