The Mayor's Office

When Tom walked into the Mayor’s Office at City Hall, he was greeted by a smiling, pale, skinny redhead he had never met before from behind the sleek front desk. She gave him the now familiar cute little wave, then opened her professional blouse to flash him a very nice pair of pale breasts with pink nipples before quickly closing it again.
“Nice,” he said appreciatively. “So… is the whole office you now?”
“No,” sighed the receptionist. She handed him a clipboard to sign in. “Just the unattached ladies. It’s kind of a drag, actually.” She looked around quickly to make sure none of the wrong people were nearby, then continued slightly more quietly. “My bodies here can’t even eat each other out when I feel like it, you know?”
He signed the clipboard, then quickly returned it. “That must be hard,” he said flatly, before flashing her a grin to let her know he was kidding.
“Said the guy who I’m paying to stay home every day,” commented a voice from behind him. Tom turned to see Blaire standing there, her arms crossed and a wry smile on her face.
“Touche,” he said. “So, what’s up?”
“You ready for your appointment with the Mayor?” Blaire asked him.
Tom blinked. “Um…no? Had I known that was what was happening, I would have worn a suit”
Blaire and the receptionist shared a quick, amused look.
“You won’t need a suit,” the receptionist said, then slapped Tom on the ass. “Now get goin’, baby!”
As Blaire led Tom through the office, he noticed a handful of other women look from their keyboards and wink at him. None of the men in the office seemed to notice.
When the two of them stood in front of the Mayor’s door, Tom turned to Blaire and said, “Look, I’m having fun here, don’t get me wrong, but I’d generally prefer it if you would just tell me what was going on. What am I even supposed to say to her?”
Blaire looked at him, took a quick look around, then leaned in to whisper in his ear. “Let me have my fun. You play your cards right, there might be a good time in it for you later.” He felt her breath hot on his skin. Her hand found his crotch and squeezed.
But Tom didn’t flinch. “Seems to me that you’re one hoping to get lucky with me,” he said coolly, “unless you want to rub yourself in the car some more.”
She regarded him for a second, then smiled. “I love it when you’re assertive, so sexy. Look, we want her to approve us moving into the mansion, right? Today an application came in to repurpose the house into a ‘relaxation retreat.’ Which is kind of the truth, right? Just keep her talking about that, I’ll do the rest.”
“Wait, what?” Tom started to say, but Blaire was already knocking on the door.
“Come in!” came the voice from within. Blaire opened the door and motioned Tom inside.
There he saw Mayor Evelyn Reilly standing near her desk in the middle of her well-appointed office. She was in her 40s, perhaps more curvy than svelte but certainly attractive, with enormous breasts that made her seem top-heavy, even in a professional pantsuit. She had been mayor of the town for the past six years, but Tom had never really formed an opinion about her. Perhaps this was by design.

“Thank you, Blaire,” said the Mayor. “Would you mind bringing me a cup of coffee?”
“No problem,” Blaire chirped, then closed the door behind her.
The Mayor moved to sit on the front edge of her deck, then turned her attention back to Tom. “I hear you’re buying the mansion up on the bluffs?”
“Um… yeah?” Tom said. It came out more as a question. “I mean, yes, if we can get the permits.”
The Mayor cocked her head at him. “I don’t know you. Are you new in town? When you have this job, you get to know most of the people in town who would have the money to buy a place like that.”
“I…” Tom hesitated. He had no clue as to what he was supposed to say. “No, I grew up here. But my circumstances… changed not that long ago.”
“You didn’t win the lottery, did you?” she asked, an eyebrow raised.
“Uh… you might say that,” he agreed. Metaphorically, at least.
“Well, the advice I always give is to pay off your bills and then invest the rest,” Mayor Reilly said. “You know, lots of people buy a big house and expensive cars and then the money’s gone.” She shrugged, then stood and walked around to the back of her desk. “But starting a business is a good idea, too.” She sat down in her chair, framed by the classy knicknacks of the mayoral office. “So, a relaxation retreat. What exactly are we talking about here?”
“Well… relaxation is, um… very important. To me, that is, and to everybody.” Tom was flailing here. He has no idea what Lisa was up to, but it seemed mean to strand him in a meeting with the Mayor. She had a weird sense of humor sometimes. “So I thought why not make… a retreat.”
The Mayor stared at him for a long, awkward beat. “Right. Well, look, the area’s zoned residential, so…”
That’s when Blaire stuck her head into the room, knocking twice on the door as she pushed it open. Thank fucking god, Tom thought internally. Maybe she was here to let him off the hook.
“Ma’am, I have your coffee,” Blaire said, gesturing with a paper cup.
“Oh, thank you Blaire,” said Mayor Reilly, gesturing her aide closer. “I just hadn’t had time yet this morning.” Blaire brought over the cup and set it next to her boss on the desk. “So as I was saying, the permitting process can be arduous, and I just don’t know if I can really help with your issue.”
Tom looked at Blaire, who was giving away nothing. Normally, wouldn’t someone in her position have quickly left the room again? But she was standing next to the desk quietly, watching the Mayor intently.
“I-I understand,” Tom said. “But, I mean, relaxation… is good…”
The Mayor took a sip of her coffee, then looked over at Blaire. “Is my next appointment here yet? I was to make a quick call to Mr. Jefferson at over at BluCorp, we really need to discuss that warehouse they’re…”
Mid-sentence, the Mayor’s eyes fluttered and rolled up in her head, and then her body began to slump forward. Obviously ready for this, Blaire rushed forward, caught her boss, and positioned her limp form comfortably back in her chair. The Mayor twitched slightly, but said nothing further.
Tom immediately understood what was going on. “Baby, I’m not trying to argue, really, but if you were going to do this anyway, why have me meet with her? Did you really have to trigger my social anxiety?”
Blaire could barely answer. She gripped the desk and shook her head at another personality rushing into her collective consciousness. Then she took a deep breath and stood up straight, adjusting her blouse as she did. Then she looked at Tom and smiled. “I’m sorry, baby, really. But there’s just something about having you watch that gets me really fucking hot. And I like having you around to give my new body a test drive. Anyway, we won’t have any trouble getting the right permits now.”
Mayor Reilly’s eyes opened, then she sat up. Her hands went to her own body, running up and down her new curves. They slowed over her ample breasts. She took a deep breath in, feeling every molecule in her new lungs.
“Everything good?” he asked.
From behind her desk, Lisa looked at him and gave him a grin. “Yep. I’m the fucking Mayor now, baby!”
