Mebuki and her co-conspirators decide that they wouldn't add any more hidden seals for now as it would detract from the fun they would have messing with Kushina. Quickly finishing up the procedure and making sure no signs of the procedure appeared on Kushina's skin they made sure to keep Kushina unconcious as well so they could begin the next part of their fun.
