Who will he alter first ?

A Japanese All Girls Private School

John decided to alter a Japanese All Girls Private School. He had a bit of a fun idea, with a snap he made himself incorporeal, invisible and able to fly. Another snap and he teleported to a school, as with most Japanese schools it was a strict school with many rules and restrictions. This private school in particular was mostly aimed toward making successful women while all girls in it were given a chance not all of them excelled or even met the bare minimum. Those that excelled were considered the most hopeful and thus given special privileges and exceptions. Currently there over 200 students, of them all 20 of them were the top of the class and thus given special privileges.

As to what to do, John had a few scenarios in mind, the only question was who should he target, should he target these top 20, or perhaps a group of students, or maybe just one? Maybe he should target the staff?
