Back to Robert's house

"My parents should be gone." Robert smiled down at Maria who with a giggle nodded and stood waving back towards the group of girls and their boyfriends as Roberts big warm palm rested against the small of Maria's back. They both made some quick stops around the party saying goodbye to a number of people until the reached the front door where Jennifer stood with a big goofy smile on her face blocking their path. "You two stay safe and have fun!" Jennifer said to them both giving them a big hug as she slipped something into Robert's pocket that Maria couldn't catch with her slightly blurred vision before forcefully hugging Maria tight to her strong athletic form and whispers into her ear. "Only go as far as your comfortable and text me if you need to escape girl and most importantly, enjoy all of it." Jennifer winked at Maria who had a deep blushes under the tone of her reddish brown face. "I will Jen thank you for everything." Maria said before hugging her tightly.

After their goodbyes Robert led Maria out to his truck and opened the door for her helping her into the passanger seat before hopping behind the wheel. "Don't worry I'm pretty sober I wanted to make sure you had fun and I could get you home-" Robert's sentence stopped as her felt Maria's lips against his soft and pillowy as she kissed him Roberts hands instantly snapped to the back of her neck firmly holding her there as Robert returned the kiss forcing her lips to part, letting his tongue explore the velvet interior of her mouth. Maria was breathing heavily as the kiss broke, "M-My hero." She giggled and bit her lower lip as Robert turned the truck over and began to back out and head down the roads that lead back to his house.

"Look it doesnt have to be tonight but we do need to talk about all of this." Robert broke the comfortable silince as they pulled into his drive way and parked. Maria was taken off guard, 'Of course we do but why say that now?' Maria looked over at Robert concerned as he watched her face for reaction. "Its nothing bad but it is something we are going to have to do." Robert stood resolute when Maria's face threatened to melt his heart and make him forget the heavy sentence he had just spoken before exiting the truck and walking around the front to open Maria's door for her.
