Hopping mad

The room was quiet as they hoped to hear her speak and Mel nestled her in her bosom. Something felt off but maybe it was because she was not a cold rock instead of a warm animal. Mel was unsure if Lexie had seen everything that had happened between her and James but she was planning on having a conversation before anyone said anything.

“I had no clue that I had your wife this entire time, Mel! I hoped she enjoyed her stay with me,” April said giving the stature a pet.

(You did treat me amazingly, April. Much more than these two snakes in the grass. I bet you two are fucking behind my back too.) Lexie doubted they actually were but she was so pissed off at Mel for essentially telling the whole world that she was basically gonna divorce her before having that conversation with Lexie.

“I’m just glad she didn’t get far and that she ended up with someone so trustworthy!” Mel said with a genuine smile.

“Well alls well that ends well. I appreciate the visit but I assume you all have a party to get back to,” April said as she cleaned the dishes.

“That’s not the only reason we are here, April. We wanted to invite you to come along. Lucy specifically told me to bring you along even if you were kicking and screaming,” Chelsea said with a chuckle.

“Wait don’t I have to be naked to get on the show?” April asked as she made her way to the kitchen.

“Do I look naked right now? I mean you will be naked in the shower and maybe at other times but honestly I doubt they are looking at us since they have some insanely hot women naked all the time on camera,” Chelsea said not knowing she was in the top 3 for viewership and members. “So hurry and get your stuff so that we can join the party!”

April hurried to her room and began to pack her bag. Tania sighed and said, “Happy go lucky as ever. I would kill to have her optimism and positive outlook.”

Chelsea chimed in, “She’s someone I can say is my closest friend and I will make sure nothing ever happens to her to take that smile away.” Tania felt like that was an unintended threat but she knew that Chelsea was definitely someone that needed to not be mess with. April had returned with a bigger bag that any of them had expected. “How long are you expecting to stay there?”

“I mean how long is too long?” She asked with a pure smile as the three others laughed. After the brief chuckle, the four of them were back in the car with Mel holding Lexie and sitting next to Tania. It always happened so quickly as she was teleported out of the car as April was shocked. “Where did Mel go!?”

“Oh this always happens!” Tania said grabbing the froggy and placing it in her lap. “I’ll keep you company Lexie…”
