You fight Reptile

Syzoth, nickname: Reptile (mostly used as an insult by the Edenians), Job: chief of the Saurians, Class: berserker, Level: 110

The saurians are native to the forests in surounding the captial, but it wasn't always the case, the Saurians were in these lands long before the Edenian set foot here, the Saurians were at war with another reptile race the Zaterran, both the the Saurians and the Zaterran are decendent from the ancient reptillian species that the goddess created, the growing Edenian empire noticed this and came to Saurians aid, the would help them defeat the zaterran and their nations would become allies, after 5 years of war the Zaterran's were defeated, their men slaughtered and their woman were **** to lay with Saurian males to make sure their race would surive, since they had lost many of their own

But the then current Edenian emperor didn't want an alliance with the Saurians, he wanted their land, so while the Saurians were weak and tired of the constand war the Edenian army invaded and took over the land, merging it with Edenia, the then current chief had a choice to make, bend the knee to the Edenian king and swear loyalty, or watch as his entire species get hunted down, the chief bowed his head in shame and swore loyalty

The Saurians have been part of the Edenian empire ever since, while Empress Sindel is tough but fair to them, the rest of the Edenians look down on the Saurians as nothing more than dumb brutes and mindless animals

Aerith: Aiden, are you sure about this

Aiden: We're heading to the capital. If we can't get past these guys, we have no hope of completing the mission

Syzoth: ENOUGH TALK, I'M GONNA BRING YOUR HEAD TO EMPRESS SINDEL

Syzoth spits acid at the party, but Mash quickly gets in front of everyone and slams her shield on the ground

Mash: RHO KYRIELIGHT

Mash creates a **** field around her shield that blocks Syzoth's acid spit

Aiden: That's new. She must have learned that after I corrupted her

Syzoth: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU GUYS STANDING AROUND FOR ATTACK

The saurians start running at the party

Aiden: looks like only the Chief can spit acid

Aerith: EVERYONE STAY TOGETHER. WE CAN DO THIS

Tifa: I'M FUCKING PISSED. HOW COULD I LET MY GUARD DOWN AT A TIME LIKE THIS, ALL BECAUSE OF FUCKING CLOUD

Tifa: FOCUSTED STRIKE

Tifa's foot catches fire, and she kicks straight through one of the Saurians, killing him

Tifa: WHO'S NEXT

Aiden: MASH, AERITH SUPPORT US, JESSIE, TIFA, AND BYLETH, LET'S CLEAN HOUSE

Byleth: FINALLY SOME ACTION

Jessie starts shooting at the Saurians, but her bullets aren't doing much

Jessie: MY BULLETS BOUNCE RIGHT OFF their scales

Byleth: BLIND THEM

Jessie: WHAT

Mash: SHE'S RIGHT. THEY DON'T HAVE SCALES ON THEIR EYES., THEY LL BE EASIER TO PICK OFF IF THEY CAN'T SEE

Jessie: ON IT

Jessie starts shooting the eyes

Syzoth: god damn it, they're stronger than I thought

Aiden: YOU SHOULDN'T LOOK AWAY, REPTILE

Aiden: DORAGATE

DORAGATE: Converts rocks into bullet projectiles that can be directed at a target

Syzoth: THAT'S NOT MY NAME

Syzoth dodges and rushes towards you and tries to slice you with his claws

Aiden: DID I TOUCH A NERVE

Aiden: TORMENTOR'S SKIN

TORMENTOR'S SKIN: transform your skin into that of the scales of the tormentors for 1 minute, which makes sure you can't be harmed by conventional weapons as long as the skill is active

Syzoth's claws bounce right off

Syzoth: WHAT THE HELL

Aiden: I'M JUST GETTING STARTED

Syzoth spits another ball of acid at you, but you immediately slam your sword on the ground

Aiden: VANISHING WINDS

VANISHING WINDS: Slam your weapon against the ground to create a green cloud, which makes you teleport behind your opponent

Syzoth: HOW DO YOU HAVE THAT SKILL, THAT BELONGS TO LADY JADE

Syzoth looks around and sees the rest of the party fighting his people, but he doesn't see you

Syzoth: SHOW YOURSELF

You use VANISHING WINDS again and teleport right next to him

Aiden: TOO SLOW

Aiden: SWORD DANCE

SWORD DANCE: Quickly close in to your target to perform a series of spinning upward slashes

Syzoth tries to block, but you're too fast, and you cut his head off

Aiden: You fought well

You pick up Syzoth's head and hold it in the air so that everyone can see, and the Saurians immediately stop fighting

Aiden: IT'S OVER, LET US PASS AND I'LL RETURN HIS HEAD TO YOU, SO YOU CAN BURY HIM WITH HONOR

A Saurian walks up to you

Aerith: Careful Aiden

The saurian bows to you and holds out his hands

Aiden: Then we have a deal

You hand over Syzoth's head as the rest of the Saurians that are still alive walk to his body

Aiden: let's go

The party continues its journey to the capital
