After lunch, everyone went to the living room in my House to take a look at their watches.

She pressed a button, and her watch's screen casted onto the room TV.

Medusa began. "When I was a young woman, my parents Phorcys and Keto, sea deities, gifted me to Athena to earn Zeus' favor. By that time, Poseidon and Athena already had a rivalry, I don't know what it was about. I knew Poseidon from my time with my parents in the sea, and Poseidon came to me in an attempt to get **** against Athena. He purposefully chose for us to have sex in Athena's temple, and he took advantage of me to get back at her. When she saw me, Athena Cursed me, and that's my story."

I looked at Hera. "Do you know what happened between my dad and Athena?"

"Athena used to have your brother's Favor," Hera explained. "We don't know what happened, but one day Athena came back and Triton was terribly angry at her. We heard hints about a child, but neither Poseidon nor Athena told us anything."

"Alright, let's head to the Shop," I suggested. "After that we can have dinner."

We all got up and headed towards the Shop, talking between ourselves.

"I'm looking forward to seeing the Shop," Rachel said to me. "Hopefully it'll make this shit bearable."

"Amen," I said as we entered the Shop.

The Shop was a room way smaller than I expected; instead of something like a mega store, instead it was just a large room with nine walls, each wall was just a large screen, and there was a chair facing the wall along with a weird helmet contraption.

"Welcome to the Shop," Hermes said, waving her hands extravagantly. "Allow me to show you how this works."

In a flash, Hermes took Annabeth's hand and spun her around, setting her in a chair.

"As you can see, each chair is specific for everyone, with a little name on the back of each chair," Hermes explained. "As far as I can understand Percy, you can take any chair and the machine will recognize you.

"This," Hermes gestured at the helmet thing in her hands, "is a VR headset. I'll strap it on Annabeth like so, and after a few seconds, it'll calibrate and show her a screen, and the display on the wall will show us highlights of what she views."

We all watched as Annabeth scrolled through the systems quickly, viewing her Drachma amount and some things in her shop.

Her shop was honestly quite interesting, there were a hundred or so books she could've bought, a 3D printer, and some fancy dresses that honestly would look great on her.

Annabeth continued scrolling until she found what she was looking for.

Annabeth clicked on the Random Transformation Upgrades, then the screen changed.

We're in This Pit Together: When Annabeth Chase brought Perseus Jackson down to the Pit with her, her life was saved by Perseus' ruthlessness, power, and quick thinking, not by her intelligence, nor by her morals. Had he not been there, she would've died within minutes. Out of gratefulness, Annabeth will put the Master's happiness as a top priority.

Upgrade 1: Annabeth will now obey any command Perseus gives her.

Annabeth took her helmet off and looked at us.

"Why'd you do that?" I asked worriedly as I rushed to her. "That was dangerous!"

"I had to do it, Percy," Annabeth said. "I have to do everything to make sure we make it out."

"Don't do that again without asking me, ok?" I said. "That's too drastic, and I don't want to do it unless it's necessary."

"Yes, Percy," she said, and I realized that her agreeing so easily came with the Upgrade.

"Hermes, I want to go next," Hazel said, and we all turned to look at her.

Hazel brought out a bag of gems she brought from her room.

"Do you know how I could cash this in?" She asked Hermes.

"Hazel, are you sure about this?" I asked. "You realize this could impact you negatively?"

"I'm sure," she said, taking a deep breath.

"Alright, so you should be able to do it by just sitting on your chair with the bag in your hands," Hermes said, guiding Hazel to her chair. "Put your helmet on, and it'll guide you through."

Sure enough, Hazel's screen lit up.

Hazel scrolled through her shop, giving us a cursor look over the whole thing.

"This is just... Bad," Hazel said, tearing up.

I gave her a hug. "I'm sorry, Hazel."

As I comforted Hazel, I made eye contact with Annabeth, and I gulped inwardly.

That woman had some thoughts, clearly.

Well, I guess I'd have a frank conversation with her later on.
