What Are My Options

"And if I choose Matt?" you whisper, glancing nervously at Clara and David, who are cuddling on the bed, oblivious to your conversation with the app.

"You'll go back to EXACTLY how you were before - basic boring Matt with no enhancements, no followers, no nothing! Plus, everyone will remember everything that happened while you were Mia. Every. Single. Detail." Becky's cartoon eyes widen meaningfully. "So choose wisely, babe!"

The two buttons pulse at the bottom of the screen: "RETURN TO MATT" and "STAY AS MIA."

"Everything okay?" David asks, noticing your prolonged focus on the phone.

You quickly lock the screen, the momentous decision temporarily hidden. "Just checking notifications," you reply, your mind racing with the implications of the choice before you.

"Come back to bed," Clara purrs, patting the space between her and David. "We're not done with you yet."

You place the phone face-down on the nightstand, the decision awaiting your return. The warmth of their bodies calls to you, but the weight of the choice ahead hangs in the air.
