Offer to help.

"Here, let me help," you offer, extending your hand to the Pikachu. After all, this mission seems important, and with her partner out of commision she needs all the help she can get.

Jordan looks up at you, still teary-eyed. "R-really? You'll help?" She slowly gets to her feet and shakes your hand. "Th-thank you! Honestly, you're a lifesaver!"

The Pikachu reaches into her bag and pulls out a map. "We're on the second floor, and the child should be on the fifth floor... We shouldn't waste too much time." She puts the map in her bag and goes to pick up Felix.

"...Are you sure carrying him through the dungeon's a good idea?" You ask.

"He's my partner, I can't just leave him behind. If I had a Reviver Seed, I'd use it, but..." Jordan explains.
