Setsuna has a promise to keep!

Toshinori's jet touched down on the airstrip, and they quickly piled back into the limo. The sun was setting, and Toshinori started driving back inland. "I hope you girls are all okay with staying the night at Ms. Midoriya and Young Midoriya's place, once I drop you off, I'm heading back to UA to get some work done, and probably crash on the couch in the lounge until class starts tomorrow," Toshinori told them.

"Oh, that's perfectly fine... after all, I have a bargain to keep," Setsuna chuckled.

"A bargain?" Izuku asked, blinking at her in confusion.

"I promised you a reward if you beat Bakugo in the Villain Attack Course, which you did, didn't I?" Setsuna grinned mischievously, and Izuku flushed in realization. "And I intend to deliver when we get back..."

Inko giggled a bit as Izuku became practically iridescent. "I know Mom's aware of everything, but it's still embarrassing to talk about this in front of her, so can we PLEASE not?" he whined, much to everyone else's amusement.

"Okay, okay, sure," Setsuna sighed, relaxing in the backseat. "...so much for the relaxing weekend vacation though..."

"Yeah, I'm up for excitement usually, but that was WAY too much, ribbit," Tsuyu agreed as she looked back towards the beach. "What did you guys do with those surf boards Momo made before we flew to I-Island, anyway?"

"Oh, that? We just gifted them to a few other beach goers when we were done with them," Izuku replied. "Not like we could bring them with us... not enough space," he chuckled. "We can always make more when we go to the beach again... which I am strongly considering going to the one I cleaned up this weekend, we need some actual time to relax after that fiasco... ah, shit!" he suddenly realized, pinching the bridge of his nose.

"Language!" Inko told him.

"...sorry, I just realized that getting a moment of peace is going to be a challenge..." Izuku sighed. "Kaa-chan noticed something off about me when I was rationing the Embers on the way up the tower..."

"...well, that's not good..." Momo groaned. "Better start thinking of some kind of cover story... there's gotta be something we can tell him... maybe just claim your Quirk was on the fritz, and you don't know why?"

"...that may be the only thing we even CAN tell him," Izuku groaned. "He's not going to believe it, most likely, but it may at least keep him from pressing the issue... I said like I don't even know him," he added the last part derisively.

"Well, don't worry, I'll help you relax for tonight at least," Setsuna promised him.
