A nice bit, yeah!

"Oh yeah, that," Nel noted, idly feeling the spot on her mask where the crack has used to be, grimacing as she recalled just where she had gotten it from. It clearly wasn't a pleasant memory. Which, honestly, would have been weird otherwise, masochist or no. "I was double crossed by one of my own comrades. A self declared rival of mine," she explained.

"One of the other Espada?" Ichigo questioned, and she nodded.

"Yes. The Octava Espada, Nnoitra Gilga. He was a man who was obsessed with battling others, to prove himself the strongest," Nel nodded.

Ichigo grimaced at that. "Yikes. Sounds like he and Kenpachi would get along really well..." he mused.

"That, or they would try to kill each other," Rukia threw in her two Yen with a nervous chuckle. "...or both."

"...both. Definitely both," Ichigo nodded sagely.

Nel giggled a bit. "This Kenpachi certainly sounds like a character..."

"You have no idea... I barely survived fighting him a while back," Ichigo shuddered. "He's been trying to get a rematch ever since..." He then cleared his throat, and asked, "So, do you have any info on the capabilities of the other Espada?" he asked her.

"Yes, though I am unsure of how much the structure has stayed the same, though I can be reasonably sure that Coyote Stark, one of my friends among the Espada, who I hope to spare if possible, is still the Primera Espada," Nel mused.

Ichigo blinked. "I would have thought it was Ulquiorra..." he mused. "That guy really struck me as high up..."

"Ulquiorra? Yes, he was among the ranks of the Espada during my time there," Nel nodded. "I never could get a read on him, but he was the Quinto Espada during my time there. I suppose he's most likely the Quarto Espada now..." she mused. "At any rate, I don't know the full extent of Stark's powers... But his go to method of battle is to rapidly spam Ceros with his guns."

"Spam... Ceros?" Lisa paled slightly at the idea. Even one Cero was one hell of a problem if you were on the wrong end of it. And the idea of them being shot quickly was also cause for concern. One of the reasons a Cero could be dealt with was because they needed a moment to charge.

"Yes... Actually, I was one of the few who could easily counter it," Nel giggled in some fond memories of a sparring match they had had.

"...how?" Ichigo blinked in shock. That didn't sound like something ANYONE could easily counter!

"Ceros don't work on me. I have the ability to consume them and regurgitate them right back at sender. Often with one of my own added. We sparred once, and I sent ten right back at him at once. Let me tell you, his hair all frizzed and smoking was hilarious!" she told them through peaks of laughter.

Despite not knowing what this Stark looked like, Ichigo could conjure up a mental image of some tough looking Arrancar with their hair like that, and couldn't help a snort of his own. That was indeed an amusing mental image.

They continued to chat for a good bit, Nel talking about the other Espada to the best of her knowledge.
