First, inform Azazel, then Issei has some questions to answer!

"Well, as tempting as it is to try and get your genie's power for myself, even I know the Devils would have my head if I stole it from their faction," Raynare grimaced, but ultimately keeping her posture relaxed. "And that's the least of my worries, as Azazel-sama made it clear what he would do to me if I risked starting up the war again in any way, so he'd probably beat them to it."

"Damn right," Azazel's voice came from Raynare's phone, making Issei jump.

"...you had him on the phone?" Issei asked after a moment, and Raynare sniggered.

"Of course. What did you think I was doing with my phone earlier?" Raynare asked him. "It was insurance, in case you decided to try wiping my memory or something."

"I wasn't thinking that, but I suppose that was a prudent call regardless... though, what makes you think I COULD wipe your memory?" Issei questioned.

Raynare looked at him, completely deadpan. "Considering that you somehow managed to make me mistake over five weeks for two weeks, and created a time dilation field that made it five within, and actually two without, I wasn't going to rule that out," she summed up. "And yes, I did find out about that. Azazel-sama undid the mental block you put on me that kept me from having an accurate count of days."

"Damn," Issei groaned, face palming with both hands.

"So, a genie, huh? I take it the object that came into the world was the lamp you mentioned, and it turned Ms. Gremory into a genie, and you found it after?" Azazel asked.

"...yeah, pretty much. It fell into my room when Rias had just reincarnated me," Issei answered. "Guess there's not much point to keeping the specifics a secret at this point, so ask any questions you have," he added, resigned to the matter.

"How many wishes do you have left? Were there more than three to begin with? I assume there are major differences from the folklore humans came up with," Azazel inquired from the phone.

"There are no limits to the number of wishes," Issei replied, making Raynare blink, as she had assumed that the reason Issei hadn't made a large harem already with it was that he was saving the wishes. "Standard Genies, according to Rias, are like that, three wishes per Master, but Rias is a specialized kind. In exchange for having as many wishes as I want, her limit is in the type of wishes she can grant. Specifically, she is a Sex Genie."

"...so, she can grant you any number of wishes related to sex?" Ranyare asked, incredulous. Issei nodded. "...so, you could have made me your sex **** or something already... why didn't you?"

"Because I still respect consent, and want my relationships to develop naturally," Issei noted. Raynare stared, just trying to comprehend how a shameless pervert like Issei could have that kind of self control.

"Ah, I see," Azazel stated, quite interested now. "...something like this could really alter the balance of power between the three factions. It could increase the birth rates among Devils... or increase the amount of Evil Pieces available if one is creative enough... Are there any other limits to Rias's new powers?"

"Other than the fact that she can't affect anyone with power comparable to gods against their will, not really. So no, I can't just erase both your memories. Raynare, yes, but I'm guessing you're a bit above the genie weight class," Issei answered.

"Makes sense," Azazel noted. "Even Sacred Gears with specific effects do jack shit to anyone with a significantly higher power level. Still, a little worrisome. This is going to make politics much more complicated and delicate. Obviously, stealing something that could solve so many of the problems of Devils would almost certainly restart the war, but just letting you keep it without some kind of treaty regarding it would be just as problematic. If Devils can increase their numbers to a point where they can overwhelm both other factions, then the treaty we currently have is basically worthless."

"...yeah, I can see why that would worry you. But Sirzechs hasn't asked me to do anything like that yet," Issei informed them. "...he probably realizes that if Devil birth rates suddenly spiked, it might make both your faction and the Angels nervous, so is pondering the least provocative ways to benefit Devil kind, or ways to appease you both first."

"Most likely. It seems I'll have to arrange a meeting with him, the other Satans, and the leadership of the Angels to get some form of agreement on how the genie powers can be used on a large scale arranged," Azazel mused.
