Wake up in a tube

You wake up in a glass tube suspended in some gel. You're naked in a harness. Looking out, you see a number of men in black outfits scurrying about. To your side, you can see Misty talking to a scientist, but the words are muddled. Misty notices you've awoken, and responds with a smile and a wave.

You see Misty put a pokeball in the machine before walking around to your front

Soon, a red light pours down from above; you can feel it seep into your skin. It's somehow familiar; like the light when a pokemon is transferred.
