All Might got his wish!

"This is an announcement from the I-Island Security system," an automated voice spoke through the loudspeakers. "We have received a report that an explosive device was discovered somewhere on the I-Island grounds. I-Island will now enter high alert mode. Your safety is our top priority. Any residents and tourists currently outdoors should immediately return to their homes or accommodations, or to the nearest safe and open structure. Anyone remaining outdoors after ten minutes will be in violation of the law. As an additional precaution, several buildings will be locked down. I repeat-"

Before the announcement could continue, the door opened, and multiple armed and masked men entered. "...oh come on, I was kidding when I wished for Villains to attack!" All Might mentally protested.

David meanwhile looked shocked, and whipped his gaze around towards Sam, pure betrayal in his eyes, Sam stoically refusing to meet his gaze. The lead Villain, holding a pistol, stepped forward. "In case it isn't obvious," he began. "The security system on the island is now under our control. I realize we have a lot of Heroes here today, but fair warning, if any of you make a scene, I'll make sure that every security bot here thinks that the citizens on this island are dangerous criminals! In short, everyone here on this island is my hostage! Including all of you!" He approached, and spoke into a communication device, "Do it!" Panels in the floors opened up, and glowing cables made with Nanotech emerged, wrapping up every Hero in the room. All Might included. He cursed, and struggled, before stilling as the lead Villain shot into the ceiling.

"I thought I said don't move," he lectured All Might, before approaching All Might, and kicked him to the floor. "Try anything, and I'll kill everyone in this room!"

"Damn... Villain!" All Might cursed, before grunting as the Villain stomped on him.

Inko took several steps back, looking around frantically. She was relieved to see that Izuku and the others had yet to arrive, and could only hope they didn't walk in on this nightmare. She looked towards the Villains, mentally trying to calculate how many of those guns she could take with her Quirk before any of the Villains did anything, but could tell immediately that the answer was nowhere near enough. And that wasn't even counting for the dangerous Quirks they likely had. So when the Villains had all the non Heros get on their knees, she complied with everyone else, trying to stay calm.

All Might meanwhile, despite outwardly being enraged and frustrated, was in fact mentally taking stock of the situation. After all, even if his go to was to punch the problem until it stopped being a problem, he was still an experienced Hero. He was no Nezu, or even Izuku, but he could analyze things just fine. He mentally counted how many Villains were in the room, kept track of their positions, and observed what kinds of guns they were holding, as well as whatever other gear they had, and any anatomical hints he could make out to figure out what Quirks they were likely to have, which they were unlikely to use unless necessary, in order to avoid later identification. All the while, he waited for some kind of opening to act, cataloguing every bit of Intel he could glean from his position to keep in mind when he did. At least he had One For All instead of just the Embers at the moment... With that, and his injuries healed, he didn't have to worry about his time limit, and physically and mentally strain to extend it, allowing himself to focus entirely on the situation at hand.

"Ugh, I can't get a signal here!" Tooru whined, after the announcement played, fiddling with her phone. "The whole island is locked down! Even signals are being jammed!"

"The elevators are locked down too," Todoroki noted. "We can't use them..."

Melissa was meanwhile looking extremely thoughtful. "Something's not right," she noted. When the others looked towards her in confusion, she clarified, "Several of these activated security measures aren't part of the protocol when a bomb is discovered. The area it's found in is to be evacuated, and locked down, yes, but not the whole island being locked down."

"...we need to get down to the party," Izuku stated.

"Midoriya, might I ask why? As the Class Representatives, you and Kendo are the ones with the most authority here, but what reason do you have for us not just staying put?" Iida questioned.

Izuku turned to look at him as he answered, "Because that's where All Might is. If something's happening, getting in touch with him is our best play..."

"We can take the emergency stairs," Melissa nodded, showing them where said stairs were. Without any further debate, they quickly rushed downstairs.
