You are Andy

Now, in your present day, you live in this paradise of luxury and free use. You are Andy, a native of the united homeworld and resolutely dedicated to building humanity's population up for more expansion.

You wake up in a small apartment, alone for the first time in a month. Normally you wake up with someone sharing your bed, but you finally managed to knock up your downstairs neighbor, Katiana, so you won't insist that she come over anymore. Your eyes move around the room, taking in your possessions. You've got a few plants at the window, a pantry and fridge full of food, pictures on the wall and a small heater styled like an old fireplace to warm your place up. You keep the room clean and welcoming, as you always have. It's only fair to your frequent guests that their stay be pleasant, so you make sure your home is cozy.

You stretch and stand up, naked in the low light streaming in through the window. You're tall, over six and a half feet (you're 6'6 1/2"), fit and with great stamina. Yawning, you look out the window and observe your home city. It's a forest of buildings just like yours, massive modular skyscrapers that all have their own communities, shops and businesses to support all the people living there. Tubes and bridges span between them for anyone to use, providing obstacles for the floating bikes and cars that those in a hurry use to get from place to place. There's greenery everywhere, climbing up the sides of buildings, in private gardens, and carpeting the city streets below. With the skyscrapers spread out as they are, they're pillars rising from a bed of tree cover that the city seems to grow out of.

You admire the sunrise for a few minutes, watching the flying vehicles and people go by on their way to and from other skyscrapers. You push yourself up from the windowsill and get dressed, ready for the day ahead.
