About an hour later, Hiyori stormed back into the training area, where Rukia was watching Ichigo train with Shinji. He could now Hollowfy and retain control, but of course, retaining that state for extended periods of time was tricky. For the moment, Ichigo could only Hollowfy for five seconds at a time. Not enough to win serious fights decisively, even with how high speed they were.

"I got a stupid device for it, you were right, he did have something!" she huffed, forcing it into Rukia's hands. It was a black sphere attached to a cord with a screen. Also a bit cobbled together, not unlike her "Super Trainer," but it definitely looked more efficient in reading spirit energy reserves. "Make my workmanship obselete, will you, damn bastard..." she added under her breath.

"Alright, so how does it work?" Rukia asked, looking over the sphere curiously.

"Just channel your spirit energy into it, and it will give you a reading on the screen," Hiyori grumbled.

Rukia nodded, and obliged. After a moment, the machine let out an almost cheerful Ding! Honestly, Rukia should have expected something like that from Urahara.

Hiyori looked at the reading, and sighed. "That's about enough for two days, and 1 hour of running on the Super Trainer," she summed up. "Guess you're getting cleared." She then proceeded to take off her sandals, and yeeted them right at Ichigo and Shinji, just as Ichigo had once again reapplied the Hollow Mask, and was about to exchange some more blows with Shinji. Bonk! Bonk!

"Gah!" both Shinji and Ichigo yelped, before whipping around, Ichigo's mask crumbling away. "What's the big idea, you damn midget!?" Shinji demanded of Hiyori, who snorted.

"The Kuchuki has enough spirit energy by your standards!" she informed Shinji. "So now we need to clear the area, and get ready!"

"Ugh, again, already?" Hatchi sighed, already moving to start making the barrier.

"Hey, we get to get it over with, of nothing else!" Shinji told Hatchi. "Quit yer bitchin'!" He then turned to Ichigo. "We'll pause the sparring for now, just go ahead and try to meditate for as long as possible with your Hollow Mask on or something."

"Fine, fine," Ichigo grumbled, moving to clear the area as Shinji approached Rukia.
