Keeping in "touch"

"Okay, deep breaths Ada it's just our good old friends, nothing to be nervous about...," Ada gives herself a pep talk, stepping out of your car and smoothing out her outfit. She's dressed in a simple black bodycon that hugs her ample curves in all the right places and flaunts her natural figure. Two plain silver-hoop earrings hang from her ears, keeping things simple without being overdressed since it was supposed to be a relaxing dinner at your friends' house.

"We'll be fine, you look stunning, they're gonna love it," You reassure her, wrapping an arm around her shoulders and rubbing her back reassuringly through the low-cut fabric.

You both head up to Andrew and Marissa's apartment, knocking at the door. They greet you both as you take off your shoes and step in. As soon as you enter their home, you can feel the nervousness slip away a little at the familiar sight, having been to their house multiple times before.

"Ada!!! It's been so longgg~" Marissa squeals, giving your wife a big hug and pecking her on the cheek affectionately.

"Haha, girl what are you talking about, we had a girls' spa day just two weeks ago!" Ada giggles back, already feeling more comfortable just as you are.

"Exactly, it's been TWO WEEKS!" Marissa dramatically response, dragging her further into the house.

You and Andrew, as though to contrast the high energy of your spouses, dap each other up with a pat to the shoulder. "I'm surprised you got here on time and didn't forget about the dinner again."

"Piss off, I'm not THAT forgetful!" You laugh and shove your friend, both of you following your wives. Andrew leads you to the dining table, where Ada is already seated and waiting for you. Marissa brings out plates for all of you, serving up some baked ziti and baked turkey breast. The table is already set with utensils, and a cold glass of peach iced tea for each of you.

"Damn, that looks delicious Marissa...Andrew's lucky you married him, he probably would've starved otherwise~" You compliment your friend's cooking, unable to resist the urge to get in a little jab at Andrew while you're at it.

"I know, right? I didn't even know it was possible to burn instant noodles until I met him." Just like the good ol' days, she jumps on the opportunity to tease her husband playfully. Andrew rolls his eyes at you both with a fond grin.

"You're both so harsh, he's just terrible at cooking to balance out his amazing photography skills; we can't be good at everything after all~" Ada pipes up.

"THANK you, Ada is the only one on my side...wait, you were defending me, right?" Andrew jokes along dramatically. Soon, you're all joking and laughing along, catching up with each other over dinner, remembering why you kept in contact all these years even after you'd graduated.

As your plates begin to clear up, you're all full and sated, Marissa gently decides to address the elephant in the room. "So...Ada, the two of you probably have some...bedroom issues too right? Long stressful work hours, tension and all...it's somewhat natural for sex to start to dwindle over time for most couples. We uh...we've been trying something new lately, Brian probably told you about our request already right?"

When Ada nods, she continues.

"Yeah...so, there's no easier way to say it. We've been trying out swinging lately, and while it's been great for our sex life so far, we think we'd be a lot more comfortable exploring this with friends that we trust and love. Are you two...on board with it?"

You and your wife share a look before turning back to meet your friends' expectant gazes.
