Harley steals the Blueprints and Gives them to Poison Ivy

Former Psychiatrist, and maybe clinically insane clown princess Hartley Quinn laughed maniacally as she ran out of the building. Mistah J's heists could be fun.... but this was bigger... and way more exciting than that crazy petty criminal can even imagine.

Now, she needed to lay low somewhere. And she knew just where she wanted to go...

"So you want me to take heat from CADMUS for what?" Poison Ivy raised an eyebrow down at her as she sat on a vine hnging Harley's eye level.

"The Ultimate clloning device!!!"

"I already have my children right here." Ivy gestures to her whole greenhouse full of all sorts of plants. "Why would I need ... clones... of people? You know I don't like people."

"Just look at this." Harley exclaimes as she unrolls the blueprints.

Ivy looks at the plans. "Genetic blueprint. Memory transfer. Psychic proximity. Looks feasible."

"EXACTLY!!! Isn't it cool?"

"You forget a few things.."

"And that would be?"

"I don't have the equipment needed. And this'll require more energy than my greenhouse can provide."

Harley beamed. "I could have gone to Hugo Strange... but I went to you."

"What's that supposed to mean? He looks like he has resources. I don't."

"You mean to tell me the best environmental bioengineer I know can desifgn a solar-powered plant that can replicate a...," Harlry reads a random item off the blueprints, "an extraction engine? An incubation chamber? A psychic conditioning tube?"

Harlley's flattery gives Ivy some pause. Ivy relishes it for a moment as she entertasins a thought.

"I suppose a regulsr pistil can function for extraction, a seed pod can incubate, and I can come up with more things for everything else. But that still begs a question,,, where in this godforsaken city will we find anyone worth cloning?"

Harlley's loins get wet at the thought of all the answers to Ivy's question.
