"Hey, Rias..." Issei said slowly. "Can you manipulate time in any way with your genie powers?"

"...time manipulation is an extremely tricky art. There are a few Sacred Gears and magics capable of it, but even for a genie, messing with time is a very difficult prospect. Outright time travel is out of the question. Something less complicated like speeding it up or slowing it down... Still hard, but doable, to an extent," Rias explained.

"What are you getting at, Issei?" Kiba asked, and Izuku showed them the old manga pages on his phone, where several of the main characters needed to get much stronger in a short period of time, and resorted to utilizing a special chamber where time moved faster inside. In that particular case, one year inside said chamber for every day outside passed.

"It's a thought at least," Issei replied. "If we could make time pass quicker in this specific area, we could buy that much more time for the level grinding we need to do..."

"...so, to clarify, you want me to create some kind of localized time dilation field around this building?" Rias mused, looking over the training area, and doing some mental calculations. "... assuming you have a sexual reason..."

"Duh, so we can get not only more training, but more sex in," Issei replied, and she nodded.

"In that case, given the size of the area we will utilize, and the fact that it needs to hold up for 14 days on the outside... I can manage almost three times the speed time passes within the field. Basically, we can turn 14 days into 40..." she explained.

Issei sighed. The idea was workable at least, though he had hoped for more. "Can you also make it so we don't age at that interior rate in there? As in, we age at the same rate we would if we were outside?"

"That would make it harder, and decrease the effectiveness of the time dilation," Rias told him. "And it's hardly necessary too. Devils are practically immortal, so it would be a waste of effort."

"Fair enough," Issei nodded, before making the wish, while also wishing that Raynare wouldn't notice the difference.

"That boosts our odds a decent amount," Rias nodded, smiling as she snapped her fingers. Maybe their situation wasn't so hopeless after all... If Issei could keep being this creative, and utilize her to the fullest, then they stood a solid chance of winning the Rating Game. Especially if Riser kept underestimating them.

They headed in and unpacked, before Rias brought them all out to the training yard, Issei then paling as he realized that he hadn't had Raynare hide the big stuff in this particular training field like he had with the last one. Shit...
