Heading to Challenge 4

Blake stepped out of the jungle after her… run it… with Jax and came across the husband’s sitting around the campfire eating breakfast.

She couldn’t help but look at them, their disheveled camp, and think back to the Bull Tribe and the night of pleasure she had there. Her skin flushed as she started to lose her track of thought to fantasy but that’s when Tom stood up…

He took a deep breath and briefly glanced at Blake before looking back at Nigel and David.

Tom: Fuck! Guys look at ourselves! We can’t just keep on barely getting by. I mean look at our camp, ourselves, we have just allowed for the other tribe, this jungle, and… and our wives to let us feel like losers. We all want to win, I know it! And today is a chance for that!! Whatever comes if we play it smart, if we play it together I know we’ll have a chance.

David: But the last three games… they destroyed us…

Tom: Fuck it, that is all in the past… we can win the next challenge, whatever it may be, we can do more than just survive on this island, we can thrive and we can win!

Just then Nigel stood up as and gave Tom a resolute nod

Nigel: He’s right… fuck the odds, let’s win us a challenge.

Nigel then helped David to his feet and even he clenched his fists with hope and anger as the three husbands of Shrimp Tribe began the walk to the beach and to challenge 4.

Blake followed and looked at Tom, her mind pushing away the thoughts of Shane, Malik, and Jax. Instead she wondered if this spur of hope was the same false pride that led him to signing up for this game, or was it actually some new found confidence…
