"You asked for me, so here I am," Izuku nodded, taking a seat upon Toshinori gesturing for him to do so. He then gave his mentor a once over. "You're looking... well, not good yet, but better than before."

Indeed, since being healed by Momo, and having his whole stomach again, All Might could eat proper meals in full again, and wasn't constantly losing bits of his nutrition via bleeding from the mouth. "You're not actually going to tell me he has One For All now, are you?" Izuku asked. "If it was that easy, wouldn't any of my girlfriends have had it by now?"

Toshinori coughed and blushed. "...an excellent point. I just wanted to make sure you didn't worry about it is all. I think I mentioned before that you need to intentionally pass it on, when we started this little relay system, but I wanted to reassure you that it can't be taken by ****. It can be transferred by ****, but it's all related to the will of the current holder."
