The expected, and a few surprises

It had been a while since he looked over each of his students, but an idea occured to him. It had been a while since he had assessed anyone, not to mention he was starting to get curious about who was interested in him.

'Sothis, I wish I could also see how close the people I assess are to me, and if it has changed recently.' Sothis snapped her fingers as Byleth turned his focus on Monica, deciding to ignore Sothis for now. Skill-wise, Monica was a definite magic user, focusing on the damaging reason based magics while having some skill in the faith based spells.

Personality wise, Ferdinand had been pretty close to the truth: Monica definitely had a near sycophantic obsession with Edelgard, which seemed to stem to hero worship. Doing things for the one she adored gave her the most pleasure. To his surprise, she had a small amount of affection for him, though it was currently dwarfed by what she felt for the future empress.

Taking a moment to look over the other girls, he noticed a few changes. Bernie was still the closeted assertive sub with large scale roleplay interests, and Petra was still a competitive switch. The surprising part to both of them was that both felt a noticeable bit closer than they had before the mission. Odd since he hadn't spent much time with either of them yet. That was probably worth doing.

Doing a quick scan over the room with his new ability, he found all of his students felt closer to him, though Hubert had changed the least out of all of them. He wondered how this would look with the other students - oh, right.

"All right class, to your seats." He instructed as he took his spot at the head of the room. "Today or tomorrow, a student will be transferring to our house. I hope you welcome them warmly."
