Inojin has some ideas

The blonde haired boy took a moment to assess the situation further.

"So you mean to say that you could theoretically use this on anyone? Your mother isn't exactly weak, and yet you have her dancing in the plam of your hand. And-- oh yes. Mrs. Uzumaki, you may stop doing... That." Inojin stated.

Hinata let out a sigh and stood up, facing the boys and patiently waiting for her next orders.

"Well... Yeah. It works on anyone" he said with a nod.

"I see. So why are you not using this to conquer the village? If it works so simply it would be an easy task. You could have anyone in the village doing any ridiculous thing you desire. Or... Maybe something more productive than whatever that display was."

Boruto had to admit he was right to an extent. But he also always knew Inojin to be a bit less... Childish and imaginative than the others in their age group.

"Alright. You have a point with taking over the village. But first, we need to teach you how to use your imagination." Boruto sighed. Inojin tilted his head quizzically.

"I can't say that I follow what you mean"

"Inojin. Right now you have control over my mom. What do you want her to do?" He asked as a test.

"Well, having her transfer funds to me would be--" he began to say a bit smugly. Boruto cut him off.

"See, that's the problem. Think of this like a toy. Yeah, you CAN use it to conquer the world or whatever, but it's mostly meant for fun." Boruto said. 'For example. Mom. Be a frog."

Hinata immediately squatted down, her legs spread wide and her hands on the ground between them.

"Rrrrribbit" she croaked, using her hands and legs to force herself through the air, landing a foot or so away in the yard. "Rrrrribbit!" She continued, as she hopped around.

"Now you try. We need to get you into the right mindset before we go for your mom. After all, you wanna torment her, right?" Boruto asked.

Inojin took a moment to think, clearly the idea of using this power for general shenanigans was a bit "low brow" for what he was thinking. But he figured he may as well humor Boruto. And who knows? Maybe he'll have fun with it.
