"So, do you have a mission in mind I should be preparing my students for this month?" Byleth asked Rhea the next morning before classes started.

"As a matter of fact, I do," Rhea nodded with a smile. "We have recieved troubling word from the Kingdom..."

"One of the minor Lords, Lord Lonato has been raising an army against the church," Seteth added. "It is a mostly untrained, unorganized miltia, but it must be quelled before it can cause any harm. We are of course preparing some knights to march there, and by month's end, your students will be deployed to assist in taking down any stragglers. Obviously, this unrest is the last thing the Church of Seiros needs, given recent developments."

"Speaking of which, there is a smaller matter to address," Rhea continued. "As you know, the one who impersonated Tomas had many things in his personal effects that showed his hostility to the church. Some of which were full of forbidden knowledge deemed sinful by the Goddess. They were taken into evidence to ultimately be destroyed, but unfortunately, they have somehow gone missing."

""Tomas" probably used his warping magic to reclaim them," Byleth suggested.

"Possibly. This has nothing to do with any of your missions, but keep an eye out," Seteth replied. Byleth nodded, and headed back to his room to get his materials for today's cirriculum.

"Hmm... where did we hear that name before? Lord Lonato?" Sothis asked in Byleth's head, and he pondered. He had heard it, he was sure of it, but from where?

"...most likely Dimitri mentioned him before..." Byleth mused to himself, turning a corner... and almost running right into Leonie.

"Oh, hey Professor!" Leonie stated. "Nice I caught you! Can we have a word?" she asked.
