Vi collapses face first onto the bed, her legs hanging off the bottom edge of the bed, she groans into the duvet as she reaches up and grabs my ankle.

“I hate my daaaaaad.”

I chuckle and wiggle my feet as I put my PSP off to the side, leaning forward slightly, “You saw your dad?”

“Noooooo. But the only reason I have to get sooo many jobs is because he convinced mum not to send me money anymore.”

“First day was that bad?”

“No..." She trails off lamely. "It was fine. It was just, soooooo lame, as if I have to be on my feet for that long. I really hope the modelling gigs work out.” She whines, kicking her feet.

Like a legless zombie, Vi grabs handfuls of the bed sheet as she drags herself up the bed, she climbs on top of me and shoves her hands below my neck and wraps them tightly as she bear hugs me, her legs locking themselves against my side.

“Hold me please, kind sir.”

“Of course, ma’am.” I wrap my arms around her and hold her close, our heartbeats almost in sync.

She nuzzles into my neck, her breathing gentle and warm, the condensation making my neck and ear warm.

“Did you get a break?”

She sighs, “Yeah, just got some chips to tide me over, if the shift is 4 hours or longer, we get a break.”

She sits up and places her hand on my chest as she cranes her neck upwards and looks towards the ceiling.

“Everyone is nice so far, at least, hopefully I won’t get bored.”

“Any hotties?”

She rolls her eyes as she slaps her palms down teasingly.

“You’re so FREAKIN predictable.”

She laughs and lets herself fall to the side of the bed, embracing ragdoll physics as her legs stay splayed on me.

“Yes, there is. Tim the bartender. He’s a no-nonsense, very confident kind of rude but in a ‘I’m not angry, I’m disappointed’, but still hot vibe.” She rambles.

“Playing into your daddy issues, huh?”

She slams her heel down on my tummy, pushing the oxygen out of me.

“Dumbass.” She laughs.

“But, yeah. He’s hot. Very clean cut.”

“You talk to him?”

“Ask your real question.”

“I did!” I protest.

She doesn’t move.

“Ok fine. Did you flirt with him?”

She holds her arms in the air, “Did the girlfriend that you’ve told to be slutty, be slutty and flirt?” She looks up at me expectantly, our eyes meet, and she lets her head drop again.

“Of course I did.”

I suppress my laugh, not wanting to give her the satisfaction.

“How’d it go?”

“He definitely enjoyed it. But the vibe I get is that every girl flirts with him. I think he thinks he's the hottest worker there.”

Not anymore.” I tease.

“Uh-huh. I’ll wear him down, maybe he and I can help each other out when customers are dumb.”

“Don’t threaten me with a good time.”

She rolls her eyes as she makes her way to the bathroom.
