Neo had no idea why she couldn't talk. All she knew was that she just... Never could. Was it physical? Mental? She didn't know.

If it was a physical issue, some kind of vocal chord problem, the book wouldn't be able to fix it. After all, it has to be possible. She could make Yang create milk because that's a possible thing to do. But she couldn't reform her vocal chords if she were missing them.

But if it were a mental block of some kind...
