Household Meeting

The lounge is empty when you arrive. It’s been several hours since breakfast, and you’ve spent those hours in the library. The library is one of your quiet places, away from the 10 sex crazed women you’ve dedicated your life to. When you’re in the library, it’s deemed part of the east wing, and the girls can’t enter without your prior approval. When you’re not, it’s free to use. Two hours of silence and contemplation have recharged your batteries.

In the lounge you take your usual spot in the large armchair and wait for the others to arrive. They come piecemeal. Lucy’s the first but quickly disappears to round up the stragglers. Melody is the last. You gesture for her to join you on the armchair.

“Are you feeling better?” you ask her.

“I am now I can cuddle up to you.”

You wrap an arm around her and pull her close. She rests her head on your shoulder. “Anything for my baby mama.”

“Alright, now that everybody’s here,” Lucy begins. “Before we do the obvious, I want to officially welcome Belka to the household. We’ve all met her, some of you more intimately than the rest, but I just want to give you an official welcome. You’ll soon be thinking joining the household was the best decision of your life.”

“I already do,” Belka chimes in. A few of the girls laugh. Belka is sitting in one of the sofas, sandwiched between Gloria and Sybil.

“Quicker than most, I like the enthusiasm,” Lucy replies. “For most it’s the first night duty that persuades them.” A few more giggles.

“Now that’s out the way, let’s move on to what we’ve all been longing to know. Has everyone who’s taken one brought their pregnancy test with them as I asked?” The girls nod. “Don’t show them yet. Good. Now, all those who’ve brought one, can you please stand.”

All but three of the girls stand. Melody doesn’t because she’s busy cuddling up to you, and you already know she’s pregnant. Belka obviously doesn’t because she only had sex with you for the first time a couple of day ago, far too soon for any pregnancy test to be positive, even if she wasn’t on the pill. Finally, Nekane doesn’t stand, because she has an IUD and she doesn’t want kids.

“Now, this is how we’re doing it. I’ve asked you to bring the test to this meeting, whether it was positive or negative. When I call your name, you show us your test and tell us what it reveals. Once you’ve shown it, you may sit down.”

“Good, we’re all ready?” Lucy continues. “Then I’ll go first, to show how I think it should be done, and then we’ll go in order of length of membership, the more recent members of the household first until we reach Anna. Don’t reveal it until I call your name.”

The girls nod.
