After a while, you take in the view of the awake, but powerless Titans.

Raven can't speak due to a paralytic, so no magic.
Robin had all of his gear (and clothes) taken and is stewing in a fresh, orange jumpsuit.
Nanotech keeps Cyborg from forming his tech into a weapon or tool.
Beast Boy gets zapped any time he tries to shift in the slightest thanks to a collar.
Starfire was drained of her solar energy and is not getting a refill.

The latter surprises you with an odd statement.

"Will you begin the punishment of the prisoners," she asks in a matter of fact.
"Star," Robin cries out.
"It is the Rules and the tradition of any captor."

The others are too confused and/or surprised to speak up.

"I request that I take it for my teammates. I am the used to it."

Robin goes to speak up again.
You activate a device that zaps him via his cell floor.
That shuts him up.

"I will do the stripping of myself," she says calmly.

The others look on in shock as Starfire strips off her tight top, sports bra (something Robin insisted that she wear!) and skirt.

"It is the right of the Prison Guard to take these. Please- I insist."

You smile and shrug.
You go to her Cell and consider how to do this behind the bars.
