Not much

The morning was cool and overcast, with a hint of fog along the ground. A quick check of your surroundings, and you don't see any signs of the Infected, so you start down the little dirt road leading away from the house, planning to follow it for maybe a mile before turning back.

Walking down the quiet little mountain road, you see little other than trees. You're almost ready to turn back when you see a shape through the haze around you.

A short distance a head, you can see a building, you assume it's a cabin, but it could be some other kind of building too.
