The Meeting
Cody and Caroline went to the meeting. Chad walked behind her to help block the view of her exposed panties before she entered the meeting room. They entered the room, and Caroline quickly took her seat.
The board of directors and department heads entered the spacious room and took their seats.
Mr. Wilhelm, the CEO started the meeting with some statistics about revenue and some possible new clients, then turned the floor over to Caroline.
A blushing Caroline walked to the front of the room. She was fully aware with her back turned to the room, everyone could see her panties. No one said anything.
Cody looked around and saw people nervously looking at each other as if expecting someone else to tell her. He looked at Gloria who gave him a quick smile as she found Ms. Banks situation funny.
After Caroline inserted the thumb drive and pulled up the presentation, she turned back to the group. "I'd like to start out by saying um...the interns Cody and Gloria did this. They did a much better job than...uh...I could ever do." She looked down nervously.
"Ms. Banks?" asked Cody.
"Yes, Cody?"
"First, thanks for acknowledging the work Gloria and I did, but are you OK. You seem nervous."
"Well, I'm very constipated, and I think I have crabs." She turned to Jane. "Jane, you get crabs a lot. What's the best cure?"
Jane gasped and she looked totally shocked. "What the hell, Caroline? Why would you say that?" She looked around. "I've never had crabs!"
Mr. Wilhelm was annoyed. "Can we just get on with it?"
"Yes, sir," said a cowed Caroline. She went on with the presentation, still nervous and embarrassed and often stumbling over her words. The presentation went on for what seemed forever for her but mercifully ended.
After the presentation, Cody and Caroline walked back to her office while Jane followed berating Caroline and demanding answers while Caroline just quickened her pace and ignored her.
Finally, Cody and Caroline made it to her office, and she had to lock the door to keep Jane out.
