She waits

Seeing as how Neo had some post-hypnotic triggers in place for Velvet and Coco, she decided she'd bring them over to play with said triggers.

That said, she didn't want them to get in trouble for missing class. Or to have someone follow them and discover the shack. So when Neo wrote down her instructions for them, she had to make sure they were very specific.

"Coco will come to Neo's shack after class. She will stop every so often to make sure she is followed by no one but Velvet, and once Neo has her fun, Coco will return to her dorm and forget about the shack. If Coco sees someone other than Velvet following her, she will take a longer way to the shack."

Neo wrote the same for Velvet. Now, all she had to do was wait.
