[1] Wide shot. Jen is visible on the bed in the background, her head turned to watch. Par has turned back with the pistol. But the General is too fast, and has smacked the gun out of the President’ hand.

General: You’re right about that. Time is something you no longer have!

Par: What in the--?!

SFX: WHUD

[2] The General has his hands around Par’s throat. Par tries to fight back futilely. And the General is starting to glow green.

General: Susan Richards’ presence was not something Jennifer anticipated. But betrayal on your part? That she did anticipate.

Par: Urrk!

[3] The General has morphed into JAZINDA’s human form, still glowing around the edges. She holds Par up by his neck. Jen is visible on the bed in the background.

Jazinda: So she had me follow her, just in case.

Par: (words blurry) Wh- What..are y--?

Jazinda: What I am doesn’t matter. What I’m going to do to you?

Jazinda: That matters.

Jen: You certainly took your sweet time, Jazinda.

Jazinda: I felt it was necessary.

Jazinda: So that when I crushed his windpipe in front of you…

Jazinda: You would remember this humiliating turn to which he’d brought you…

Jazinda: …and have no regrets.

[5] Close on Jen, her expression remarkably calm.

Jen: Don’t do it, Jaz.

Jazinda: You’re not serious!
