Comfort the Unborn Soul

In his own moment of comeuppance, Aaron felt bad for the weak spirit, realising that he had inadvertently stolen the home that it hadn't even been born to experience for itself.

Carefully, tentatively, Aaron took the spirit within himself and cradled it with his own. It wasn't aware enough to understand, but Aaron felt it nuzzling against him instinctively.

As his thoughts faded away, Aaron wondered what would become of him and his new sibling spirit in their shared body.
