Her body materialized before the world followed suit.

It was a massive world. Big enough to be a hubworld. It was a mansion that wouldn't be out of place in a fancy fortune-500 estate. Oppulantly decorated, it looked right out of a Costume Drama with lords and ladies. It even had its own outdoor section, with water fountains, rose gardens, and hedge mazes.

Isa's simple pink t-shirt was swapped out with a bright blue dress befitting royalty, with earrings, gloves that went past her elbows, fancy shoes, and a matching set of stockings. While her current mode of dress made her look like an adult, she was still wearing a diaper under all of her pantyhose. Since it was the main point of the game, it was non-negotiable.

"Welcome back, My lady."

Speaking in unison were a line-up of maids and butlers. The maids were dressed in frilly French maid outfits, the men in black suits and coattails. While they were all made to look around Isa's age, the "Head Butler and Maid" were made to look older, complete with a monocle and mustache for the butler.

One of the most interesting things Isa noticed about the game was that she could populate it with NPCs. The NPCs came with a comprehensive character-creation process, allowing her to design their appearance, how they were dressed, their behavior, even their voices. It even gave her the option to create adult-baby NPCs as "playmates", but she planned on opening up the doors of her virtual estate to other players, so instead she populated it with caretakers, making them into "classy servants" to suit the setting.
