Joker is loose!

Felix stared as the reporter reported on a breaking update on a breakout from Arkham Asylum. The guards were still doing a head count, but there was a list of people currently unaccounted for. Most concerningly, the Joker was on that list. "...great..." he groaned. "I was probably tempting fate with all that hoping this wouldn't happen I was doing..."

"... what's up, Master?" Diana asked, walking out of the bedroom, having been able to tell he was tense despite being a room apart. And of course, she was still naked.

"...Joker's out of Arkham," Felix replied. She blinked, and stared.

"...that sucks," she remarked mildly.

"You think?" Felix grumbled. "...so who's going to be accompanying me and Robin tonight?" he then asked.

"...he's called the Creeper. Fell into the same kind of chemicals the Joker did, and lost even more of his sanity, though he at least still has a functioning moral compass," Diana replied. "...the first time those two met, Joker ended up practically begging Batman to arrest him just to get him away from the Creeper, claiming that, and I quote, "He's a lunatic!""

Felix paused at that, before he actually had to laugh. "Sounds to me he was getting a taste of the shit he puts Batman through on a regular basis," he remarked mildly.

Diana paused, before she started laughing. "When you put it like that, it actually sounds like karma! I bet Batman must have felt some degree of catharsis from the whole affair!"

"Still, that's filthy rich coming from Joker of all people," Felix added. "I guess he would be the expert though."

Diana giggled some more, before the doorbell rang. "...must be dinner... Bet I could get us that pizza for free just by answering the door naked," she noted.

"...as fun as that might be to see, no can do," Felix chuckled, going to the door, making Diana pout as she got out of sight, and he paid for the pizza, and they proceeded to eat together in companionable conversation. Eventually, Zatanna showed up to teleport him to Gotham again.
